If you increase a certain stat (especially into an extreme), the cost should increase semi-exponentially. In general, it always depends on your map (e.g. locations, rarity of building locations), what other units there (e.g. counter-units, access comparable units), if you are creating scenario units (e.g. one-time-units), if they are limited to certain cities (e.g. rarity) etc.

You can always compare with the existing standard units (keeping in mind the average income on the world map, where the units are used), for a general feeling of cost and movement range (and city income), this should help your pricing (more expensive for faster/stronger stats, cheaper for slower/weaker stats):

COST (for a general feeling)
low - 70
med - 135
exp - 320

MOVEMENT RANGE
- Ground
Slow - 2-4
Medium/Walking - 6
Slow Vehicle - 7
Fast Vehicle - 9

- Naval
Slow - 8
Med - 12
Fast - 14

- Air
Slow - 8
Med - 15
Fast - 20

CITY INCOME
Average: 16 per reinforcement
1 - 16
2 - 32
3 - 48
4 - 64
5 - 80
6 - 96
7 - 112
8 - 128
9 - 144
10 - 160

Hope it helps!

Yes, thanks, it is useful to me, turning to the forum I also found this link which could be useful to those who have the same problem as me

https://it.atwar-game.com//forum/topic.php?topic_id=43278

in fact I would like to make an xls sheet in which by changing a value I update the price of the unit, if there are no standard formulas I will try to do it based on these 2 parameters

Thanks for the reply

...

I really don't like this option, too many ways to exploit this mechanism. Should I always leave at least 1 troop in the city if I distrust my ally ?

Leaving a troop is a way to prevent this if you don't trust your ally.

Keep in mind, there are only a handful of players who do this sort of thing, and they are usually newer players who aren't aware of how low this kind of action is. Player's that do this quickly lose friends, are enemy listed by everyone, and find themselves banned from everyone's games if they don't change their ways.

Sucks to be the Bank of Braavos who pretty much exclusively deals in the shadows. Still, it's a good feature to have in 90% of scenarios - especially if it's an optional setting. Support.

Sadly, giving the current state of Enigma, i doubt we would be able to play the final. Seems to me that the all Prize system should be disabled, since the activity has significantly dropped.

lol just when i was thinking on tryharding one more time on competitive.

And now Palestine pls.. hypocrisy is everywhere. even in gaming?

As written a little above.
There are millions of causes that can be supported, not even a billionaire can support them all, they all support what they want in full freedom, if you want to support Palestine or another country you can do it alone but if the leadership does not want it cannot be forced or blamed, okay

I was allied with a guy and he took my cities (critical cities near my capital), in which there were 0 units.
How it is even possible ?

It is normal for an ally to take cities at 0 and is the means by which 2 allies can exchange cities.

This is useful in case an ally conquers the capital and another the other cities of the country, usually the one who conquered the other cities leaves them at 0 so that the ally who conquered the capital can take them and produce troops.

Unless an ally is a sneaky traitor, who stabs you in the back.
This mechanisms opens a a really stupid way of losing cities. A traitor ally could easily abuse this system by moving army on my territory to "help me" in war and then by taking advantage of the situation that all reinforcement from my cities were sent to the front. He would take many of my empty cities and declare a war 2 turns later to win it easily.

I guess it's even possible to ally someone and take advantage of the fact that his capital is empty to capture it, build trenches and declare a war two turns later.

I really don't like this option, too many ways to exploit this mechanism. Should I always leave at least 1 troop in the city if I distrust my ally ?

this is a war game and betrayal exists, even I have been betrayed in some cases.
However, this possibility of exchanging cities between allies has been very useful to me on many occasions, to defend against any traitors just leave at least one unit in the city or at least in the capital

• Be considerate of other players when leaving a game, particularly your allies.
• Where possible, do not leave a game by timing out. If you have lost the game, surrender.

• Players are no longer restricted to their home countries on turn one.

3. Settings:

• The maximum number of players is fifteen (15).
• Starting funds are $50,000.
• Minimum rank is five (5).

You will be removed from the Player's Invitation List if:
• You have been inactive in atWar for more than ten (10) days as of the game release date.

For those new to this kind of game (me), can you clarify the no-attack rules to mention that players may attack neutral countries and cities, just not scenario countries and cities, and not active players? I'm assuming that's the case...

To be clear, these would both be options that are able to be turned off and on each game, right? I don't mind viewing / disabling funds but some players might mind if it's like that every game

I believe they would be able to be toggled on and off in the lobby settings if this was done.

Hello, I've been searching for battle simulator. There are few topics on forum and few people who were developing their own calculators.
Unfortunately those topics are old and all links and sites are down.

Does any simulator exist nowadays ?
If there is none, maybe someone have a code of one of those calculators, so I can look at it and make my own ?
Or maybe at least there is somewhere a comprehensive and correct guide on how battles are calculated ?

the simulator is found in the help menu
in any case this is the link
