If your marines move too close to a neutral or enemy unit they become visible.
In the bottom right corner of the screen click the blue button under the mini-map to see the detection range of your units and use that as a guideline.
If your marines are in stealth they should have a dashed outline instead of the solid normal one.
Allies seeing your marines is normal.
Once a marine is spotted it cannot re-enter stealth.
A marine being in a transport does not make it stealthy, only submarines can move undetected.
Hope this was helpful!

It helps me so much.Thank you.I have 3 more questions.
1.You said "Once a marine spotted it can not re-enter stealth".If it happens, will not my marine be able to reenter stealth when I move it to a home territory and come it back to enemy territory.
2.Can a submarine (I have never use it,so I don't know which units can be carried by submarine)which contains a militia or infantry,be stealthy?
3.Can a neutral nation see my marines?

1.if your marines are spotted then move them into nearest friendly city and next time when you want to use them ,they will be in stealth.
2.Submarines can only carry marines no one else. There are a lot of good upgrades for Submarines which helps you in later games. And Submarines are in stealth too.
3.Neutral nation cannot see your marines even if they stand near their city's.

Hope i helped.

What Militia says.
Additionally to point 1. marines do not loose stealth because they have been spotted, they loose stealth whenever they were engaged in a battle. Spotted marines (like any other stealth unit) remain stealth and, if you move them away from view/detection range of opponent, they are invisible again.
Point 3. Neutral nations actually do not exist as players, so don't mind it regarding viewing or not your units. More important: your stealth units are invisible to enemies and player you are at peace (as long as you stay out of their detection range. But, your stealth units are fully visible to your allies (like any other unit).

Your marines will remain invisible. Only visible if opponent is in detection range.

I think that it will appear to an enemy if you attack their city with it but if you attack neutrals you are fine.
It is the same as attacking an unit elsewhere.
Battles show your stealth even if there were no enemy survivers.
