Actually, he didn't say anything wrong, I thought this question is serious about current Kosovo status, which is - that Kosovo is independent.

Kosovo is former Serbian province and even as Croatian conservative and patriot I have to admit that all my patriotic convictions can't go against the Serbian ones to repay Kosovo back, while Bosnia is another pair of shoes and Serbian plans won't go that easily. To summarize, I don't care if Kosovo is Independent, Serbian or Albanian, but honestly, I understand Serbs in this case and especially now when it escalated after Trump won.
