No, although in my opinion it should be cause :
First of all u have great teams filled with high ranks that are used to compete and they're sometimes either : refusing to play against teams with an elo which is too low ; farming small coalitions ;
Second, on the other side u have those same small teams that lose motivation cause they perfectly know they have no chance to win.
+ All the jackass that are on this game for years, and keeps yelling : " noob game " everytime u have beginners trying to get things well (mostly aristo).
