Hey folks, I am currently playing the normal "entire world' map. I am using Perfect Defense Game Stats: 500 turns, 24 hour turns. My territories: All of Asia (china/japan/Russia/), South Asia, Middle East(Turkey), Burma-Australia. [Marines] Opponent 2: All of Europe and Africa (I have Egypt and Morocco) [Helicopter] Opponent 3: All of North America and South America [subs/marines,extra transport/ sentry plane/ marines] We started with 5 people altogether and opponent 2 and 3 allied of the bat. It came to a point where I was defending against everybody at the same time. Finally it has come down to me and these two. I have been having a little skirmishes on both the east and west. There is no way for me to push an assault on Opponent 3 as his submarines destroy everything (since I cant see them) Opponent 2: I am creating wall against him, and in my last move took some of middle South Africa to distract him. I am aware I am going to loose the 4 nations I captured in South Africa in the next couple turns. Opponent 3: is sending 100s of bombers and submarines, he wants Japan really bad. I am doing my best to defend it using destroyers. At this point, I am doing my best to pump my capitals with Infantry. I cannot expand any further as it is too costly and even if i gain any territory I end up loosing it. My question is, what the hell am I supposed to do when it is 2 vs 1. I cannot see any submarines. I got enemies on both east and west, closing in. My only strategy at this point is, to make only one move every 24 hours and eventually these players will loose interest. While I make my moves daily We are not even at turn 50 and we got 450 more to go. The other two just wont break their alliance. For reference I am attaching the Map pic below: Red= ME Units 2430, Cities 127, countries 64 Orange= Opponent 2 Units 1409, cities 133, countries 76 Green= Opponent 3 Units 962, cities 104, countries 45

You're doing just fine. Even simply by the unit counts you trump both players combined. Just keep at it. Your strategy is PD so it'll be more effective if your opponents throw units at your infantry, rather than you trying attack. As long as you don't lose what you have, you'll be able to win over both of them sooner or later with your reinforcement and economy.

Thanks folks, really appreciate the advice. Another question: If I get upgrades now, can I use them in my current game, or do they only take effect in newer games

What Leaf and -7 said, plus don't get impatient... You might be playing for another month or two, but you have the advantage if you don't force things too quickly. You can send a few marines/subs stealth to look for weaknesses, but mostly you want them to waste their expensive offensive stacks on your PD units which are half to a third the price.

I mean I am all for Patience, I will probably loose all the islands between china and Australia. While I am fortifying my main capitals. I wish I had submarines, but I do not. and if I send marines on transport they will see them. Currently any time I send something across Pacific it gets destroyed. Plus it is really hard in mid Asia as there is alot of terrain to cover with Infantry. however if I you guys tell me if I can use upgrades that I buy mid game, in the same game. then things will improve drastically.

Oh right... no subs - my mistake. Focus on eliminating orange... then move from africa coast to South America where the distance is shortest. Use a couple dozen destroyers to escort your transports so his subs can't kill your infantry. Victory is yours.

No you can't. They will only take effect on new games you start after acquisition. GL!

Well, the Green left the game. I distracted the Orange by going after South/Central Africa, while I pushed troops from west Russia and West Africa into Europe. The kid couldn't handle loosing 60% of Europe within 2 turns and surrendered. However Thanks for the help everyone. Learned a lot.
