Unjust ban

Hello everyone

(complain thread ahead)

Columna banned me from the forum for 30 days despite me not breaking any rules, i asked him what rule did i break and he didnt answer.

The reason i am banned is because i called him "communist scum" which even he himself said is not a bannable offense as he did the same thing to other players before.



And this was his response when confronted...



The mod in question has done the same thing in the past he has banned me for (i have more examples and i can give it to you if needed), and he himself has said that it isnt breaking the rules, so why does he keep banning me despite other mods unbanned as no rules were broken?

Before any of the regular moderator wannabes point out how i should first contact the moderator in question, then other mods, then Sun etc...................i did, nothing works as all of them just tell you to talk to columna and he isn't responding to my messages.

To moderators, dont delete this topic, ive told you already that ill post it in forums if i continued to be ignored as this injustice and moderators personal vengeance needs to be corrected.

I agree, Unban him... there's no need for this kind of attitude from a moderator. It's unjust and unfair, I think Sun should have a chat with him after this.

Inb4 he bans me for breaking forum rules despite him not responding to me (not even telling me what rule i broke) and other mods telling to they cant do anything cuz he would rant on them if they would.

Columna is mean mod; I've insulted other mods myself but they never got offended enough to ban someone from forums

I mean its not a surprise that you get muted after insulting a mod, but 30 days is a bit to much imo.
Especially for such an insult like that, people say worse things almost everyday, especially in off-topic and no punishments are/were made about that.




PS. Would be funny if Columna extended your ban for posting on alts and avoid your ban to post on forums D. Would make him GOAT.

OK rant over I'm sure we can all resolve this nicely. Locking now, but until time can be found to look at this it's difficult because there may be more to it than we know. So please be patient before making cry threads.

Unjust ban?
Not really. 30 days ban is not for first offence.

Other bans have been issued. For example for this:


Being banned for calling Turks...


Being banned for "welcoming" shootings and killings in gay/lesbian disco in US.

Other bans from forum (and mutes) issued by: Meester, brianwl, emare and Safari. The two above by myself.
