If that's true, just drop 2 gears and outrun him. (Unless cop also had a bike.)

More like if his plate isn't visible just floor it because cops don't chase motorbikes 9/10 times because its too dangerous for pedestrians, so they lay off. Fun fact, pro tip, how would I know these things though

If plates were visible, hide bike at friends and report stolen - take selfie with hot girl and yesterday's paper for alibi ♥

First off, you must be black or a minority.

If you are, then you can challege the officer's subjective view of what happened. Because the prevailing traffic conditions were in fact safe, then the judge might sympathize with your account and dismiss the ticket.

You can claim that what you did was legally justified, meaning you had a reason to go above the speed limit. If you did, great. If not, then you can make something up.

Additionally, if you can show that you made an honest and reasonable error, a judge might find you made a "mistake of fact," meaning your ticket should be dismissed.

If you are an american you are not subjective to united states maritime law. Which is any law passed allowing a government to fine you through city or state ordinances that does not end in one or more parties being injured. We are supposed to use common law which states the only infraction you can be charged with is by another human being, that is seeking reperations for damages done. So simply put unless that cop is sueing you as a man who you harmed in some way then you are not liable to pay any illegal ordinances passed on us soil under the legal system adopted by all legal institutions and lawyers known as maritime law.
