Noob Helpers?

I was just thinkin, could we have like a one on one training where like a higher level player can help a noob learn to play? Could those players that volunteer to do this recieve some sp or some upgrades?

I am just thinking

I think reputation does fit for that reward (don't forget to teach how to rep' players ), besides the feel of helping someone and the construction of future alliances in other matches.

But that's my opinion, let's see what others think.

I'm usually available if anyone wants tips.
