So like when you are playing longer games I sometimes lose track of my units. According to my finances saying I have x ammount of units but I can't look through all my cities due to time restraints. Like maybe I have 4 air transports somewhere eating up my income and I can't spare the time to hunt them down. I can't really think of any cons in adding a button in finances that when clicked it would cycle through or atleast give you the information of each stack of that particular unit although if you had text telling you where each stack is that could be a really long list I'd prefer a simple button that would move your camera to each stack as you click it like how in Age of Empires you would have an idle unit button That is what I want :d

That feel when you realise there was an airtans in that other city all along, and you just wasted 350 income. There is nothing worse than misplacing an airtrans in the middle of a competitive game. Support. So, say you can bring up a menu which, when clicking a particular unit, in all the cities with this unit in the slide out menu displaying the types of unit slides out with that particular unit waiting for the unit or stack to be moved, like normal.

It wouldn't matter for me but yes this could be useful. However how could something like this be implemented?

Either that or a button that will sort of cycle through each stack/city with that specific unit, the button moving your camera to that particular stack/city when clicked.

I think the difficulty in locating units is a huge hassle (true), and the consequence is that a player looking for the optimal solution must strike the balance between having numerous formations (greater flexibility, increased friction in management) and concentrated formations (reduced flexibility, increased ability to manage). The 'where's that damn ...' whilst running against the clock is a perfect application of IRL tactical, operational and strategic uncertainty to the gamespace. We already have 'perfect information' as to our formations' disposition and capability and 'perfect command' of these units, unrivaled IRL. I think that the difficulty of managing many formations in a time-constrained environment is a fantastic application of the this uncertainty, a key aspect of the good ol' Fog of War/Nebel des Krieges.

Just an idea, What if trans and Air trans added a shape to a stack like generals add a star. Like for instance Squares on a stack for trans and circle added on a stack for air trans. Help's people know what to TB early also. I support. -Freeland
