In scenarios the only country new players are allowed to play is Romania - country with free invisible stacks of Tanks (I think nowdays they are not invisible anymore, but anyways..). same as Manchuria.

1- Romania is not a present pick in all scenarios
2- i played this map 4years ago "tito ultimate ww2" and i do still recall these units being Ground:Other Not Ground:Stealth same goes to the 0 costing 7damage not effected by general/RA tanks of manchuria "Which sucks when you have 30 reinforcements only against a shit load of pd inf with the possibility of SM east ussr around you"
