End Game poll for team games

So currently in team games you can't "ally end", so I suggest that we can have a poll to end the game, which will act like everyone allying each other (ally end). This would be in the game options and would require everyone to accept to end the game (just like ally ending requires everyone to ally each other). I would also prefer that this cannot be disabled via game settings before the game starts.

And when I say the poll would be under game options, I mean you wouldn't be able to access it in the lobby, it would be accessible after the game starts.
