Why am I muted?

I haven't done anything wrong since last week, my chat glitching punishment already finished and I promised never to do it again. The question is, WHY AM I MUTED? I woke up and i was muted. Some mod answer this please, and CD don't lock this until I get an answer please. Thanks.
