Imo it could only serve to fuel the already existing hatred between all the different ethnic groups, they're fine the way they are now, the only thing close to a reunification of Yugoslavia that might be good for the people there would be a loose confederation, or something like the EU, where each ethnic group still gets their own country but can still work together easier with the others

This is very outdated video that I saw while back ago.
First mistake that I saw is that religious part, over 60% of people in Ux-Yu region (so called western Balkans) are non religious people.
Yugoslavia would not be profitable for Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia, because B&H and Macedonian economy would really be dependent on help from Northern Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia (Montenegro is in middle, Montenegro would actually prosper in such situation, since they are huge importers of food in summertimes since a lot of tourists visit Montenegro in summer season, and their current food production is not enough to feed tourists+locals). Montenegro wod prosper, while similiar thing that happened with Greece in EU would happen to Bosnia on smaller scale. Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia (I always say Northern Serbia) would have a lot of expenses made because of Bosnia and Macedonia (primary Bosnia). Generally, only winner in that situation would be Montenegro, becoming "new Slovenia", and Slovenia would be the biggest looser, followed by Southern Croatia (which would lose its tourists because of new situation in Montenegro) and Northern Serbia.
Last thing that I would say is that completely unified country would not stand a chance to exist, or would most likely be union, more unified than EU but not completely. One president would not, again, be possible, neither the normal parliament. There would be 6 presidents, from every country, that would rotate have representative as main president that would rotate between them every year. Presidential elections would happen every 6 years. Parliament would, most likely, be parted to 7 equal parts, 6 parts would be for every major populations, and 7th for minorities(Albanians, Hungarians...). Government forming would also be pretty complicated. For government to form, there would need to be special system which would, in short, include all nationalities. In theory, for government to form, there would need to be 51% agreement from every of these 7 parts of parliament. Parliament elections would happen every 6/10 years (since it would way too hard to form government actually...)
From what you read above, you could understand why Yugoslavia doesn't exist. People down here are way too nationalistic, they would never accept to have government or president that isn't the same nationality as they are, and that's why Yugoslavia can only exist in dictatorship. It is easy for the USA to exist as it is, since it is just bunch of mixed Europeans that forgot their language and speak only English....(with some exceptions)
At the end, Croat I love you
