Unit problems

Alright, i made a map and when i play my map with my friends some reason some of the units that i made are not on the list.
I made them buildable an such and some reason it wont come on the list to build it in game. Can anyone help me?

Make sure you save and all. and make sure they aren't rare or limited to certain countries etc.
