Give cities/countries

Would be great if there was an diplomacy option to give a city or a full country to someone. Would save time in roleplaying games where diplomacy is important.

Allies could take empty cities!

It may save time in a scenario. But it will be a big mess for competitive play. No support --- UNLESS! there is a specific option for it.

How about you can only take a country of which you border?
