HTML Map Maker - Does everything work??

I'm trying to change the map so I can go back and forward between the original map and my photoshopped borders to edit the map. It won't let me change the image??
Any help?

Also, in the scenario. Will the countries be coloured in like it was in silverlight? It's hard to tell the countries that are outlined
