Cant access through facebook

I cant access my account ("am deutsch")
whenever i try to login with the facebook option this pops up:



I cant access my account for around 30 hours.
Ive tried multiple times in the past to untangle my account from facebook. But whenever i tried to set a password it said "you need to put your old password" even though, if i have no password, it tells me that i should leave it empty, which obviously i dont.
Maybe someone already went through this issue and can help me out so ill leave this here and copy paste this to admins inbox as well.
