Do shortcuts still work? And walling question

I tried the France and Germany to Scandinavia shortcuts, but it seems that they do not work anymore.

Also, should stacks be walled as well?

France shortcut in HTML5 trolls a lot.

I think because it is bugged and when I say bugged I mean that you can put troops in it.

Just like in rnw.
