Santa Claus not present

I started the game "https://it.atwar-game.com/games/?link=3508581944" when the post "Merry Christmas! Santa is back, and so is our annual sale..." came out, but no one found Santa Claus. Is this a mistake or did I do something wrong?

It happens. Santa was not in every game.
