Wallfucks don't work in first turn unless you refresh page.

When you make a wall in any city and someone tries to wallfuck, the wall still works but if you refresh the page or close afterwind and connect to the game again, the wallfuck works.

I wish the devs kept the "no 1st turn wall fuck." I miss it a lot. So many cheap tricks a person can pull 1st turn now.

For me wallfucking neutrals is ok.
What do you mean with "Cheap tricks" ? .

Some people just go up and wall fuck your cap. (Mostly high ranks ofc.) Annoys the hell out of me.

Yes. But wallfucks at neutrals is legit. If someone wallfucks your cap just leave and don't play.

That would be hard to implement I guess.
