Rules to the game: 1. Nations that declare war on another player must state it in game chat with a reason & must wait for the Galactic Peace Keeping Force to accept or decline. They cannot decline certain reasons for war. If a nation attacks another without declaring war then they will become a rogue nation. Anyone who supports a rogue nation in anyway possible will be warned and if it continues then they will be declared a rogue nation themselves. 2. Neutral territory will be auctioned by Galactic Peace Keeping Force or they will split it evenly between the nations of the region. 3. Fusion Cell Factories are free game in international waters only and is a reason for war over oil only however if a nation takes another nation's oil rig in international waters without permission then it's a legitimate reason of war. 4. Nations cannot enter another nation's airspace or land without permission. Nations and Galactic Peace Keeping Force must give that player 1 turn to leave the other nation and if that nation does not comply and the nation that is being trespassed on did not declare war on the trespasser then the trespasser will be rogue. 5. Nations can support their allies by helping to defend land or by giving money, but they cannot help invade without Galactic Peace Keeping Force permission. 6. Each nation has voting powers. If half of the world's nations votes Galactic Peace Keeping Force has to allow it. 7. Threats are a legitimate reason for war. 8. The International community can veto Galactic Peace Keeping Force declarations or declare Galactic Peace Keeping Force rogue with 1/2 majority, rounded up. 9. Galactic Peace Keeping Force can't stop World War however they can protect nations that wish to stay neutral. 10. The Galactic Peace Keeping Force cannot occupy land outside of Africa and/or Fusion Cell Factories at all. The Galactic Peace Keeping Force can however conquer rogue nations until the nation is dead then Galactic Peace Keeping Force must clear out immediately. 11. If a nation invades a rogue nation when Galactic Peace Keeping Force is invading them then Galactic Peace Keeping Force is no responsible if a nation's units were killed in conflict with Rogue nations. 12. If a player is neutral during world war and wish to join the war then they must publicly announce it and wait 1 turn before they can attack. Other players must wait to attack till that 1 turn has passed. 13. If a Galactic Peace Keeping Force drops out, quits, or goes Rogue then each nation must vote for someone to be the new Galactic Peace Keeping Force. 14. If Galactic Peace Keeping Force is exploiting favoritism then they are to be considered rogues.
